Yeah another year and another year of transition .. we wouldnt have needed so many if he didnt keep bringing back the same douche managers.
He gave up on this season when he signed us succi in the summer .. loaned out jankovic and didnt bring in a backup for fozzi or a winger in january.
Just think if we didnt give colantuono that 1st game and had a decent sporting director .. sabatini is a clown.
Its been like 3 yrs of self defeat. Annoying yet here we stand in hope! Forza Palermo.

just read on TMW we announced our interest of Salvio from Lanus, currently playing in u-20 games in South America. Yeah right Sab, this one is not gonna be as easy as Abel.

Im really impressed with Walter of brazil/internacionale he is outstanding in the U-20 tourney

Yeh he was disgustingly good against Venezuela and in the group stages too. Unbelievable lefty leg as well, which we could use.

Ricci you could tell me better. Can he also play as an attacking mid?

Balla doesn’t use his forwards in MF’s positions.

in a 4-2-3-1 he could, not in our current formation.

salvio looks a quality player. and its not as if you havent beaten off larger clubs to players before. and to be fair you are in the bigget transitional season since you got promoted, think of how many new players came in! and i have to give ballardini praise for what hes getting out of players like simplicio. just bit more depth and a player like salvio you could really make that step up. if miccoli was fit for at least 30 games you would be in the champions league shame hes injured alot as hes an amazing player

i dont want all these random south americans in the team. Id rather real italian stalions, it still breaks me to think we have lost the likes of toni, grosso, zaccardo, barone, corini and right now, all we have is the number 2 goalkeeper. How good was it at the world cup whenever grosso did something brilliant (every game) his name came up alongside “palermo” it actually showed how far we had come as a team. Id rather see Lanzafame brought back to the club and see Levan, Suckme, Budan fucked off. I dont want that shitty arab in midfield, give me miggliccio anyday of the bastard week. I love our entire backline and goalie is italian. its immense. If saba wants to impress me, bring me a winger in the shape of foggia or semioli, bring me a midfielder in the shape of rosina or mauri, and bring me fucking amauri back as we need the big loveable brazilitalian!

same thing is happening with napoli. when there are so many quality italians around its going to end up like the premier league

South Americans come cheaper.(with the exception of argentines and brazilians) ..Plain and simple

Semioli can stay where he is. Absolute mediocrity. Add to that guy turned us down in more than one occasion in the past.
Migliaccio doesn’t have the tecnical eptness to play in such critical position where he has to tune the flow. If last season has taught us anything, it’s virtually impossible to construct a gioco without a regista. Liverani is still too lazy and inconsistent for my taste and at the moment he’s guaranteed a fixed starting spot by default, however this team needs his creative touches.Posted from

I think there are few players in Serie A that have a better long pass then Liverani.

Nonetheless, Sabatini said they have an eye out on some youth players to take Liverani’s position that are currently playing in the lower ranks.

its nice 2 see italians on the pitch, but i’ll take the better player any day

Liverani has won me over. I hated him just as much as you guys in the beginning of the year but he and he alone is the only reason why we dominate weaker teams in terms of possession. Add to that the amount of attacks he starts for us. He is ultra calm on the ball and frankly no other player on our squad besides Miccoli has the sheer confidence he does. Sabatini should be looking at guys like Loviso and Candreva for possible replacements for Liverani.

I’m with Miami Riccardo. Liverani was, aside from Guana, without a doubt the biggest heap of human waste when the season started. But he settled in nicely. Dude can send one hell of a trough-ball.
Review coming up tonight!

Your girl in NY yet?

I meant preview, of course. And yeah, she’s in NY since thursday. Looking for an appartment right now, she’s staying at a friend in Newark these days. I’ll be there from march 13th until march 21st.

I asked around for you regarding friends that needed roommates but they were really far away from where she needs to be or there was a guy living in the apartment too. If she looks on craigslist.com she could probably find something relatively quick.
We’re def gonna get hammered when you come to nY. Be prepared for a night of glory.

Yeah, she’s been using that. Think she had a list of 20+ appartments to go and visit.
And the getting hammered thing looks great. What do beers cost these days?
