TMW is saying that we are one of 3 teams after Iaquinta. Napoli and Man City are the other two. I wouldnt mind Iaquinta at all.

Iaquinta would be perfect for us, heart, speed, size and sometimes even skill and intelligence. most importantly can adapt to partner either Cavani or Miccoli and anybody else we could have up there. how old is he now, 29, 30?

juve would be fools to sell him though, he is the perfect squad forward for them.

Ok, here’s a potentially large problem.

It seems that Liverpool is showing some definite interest in our boy Kjaer. Why is that a problem you ask? Well, there is only one team that I’ve ever been concerned about in regard to Kjaer leaving prematurely – and that’s Liverpool.

It’s the team that he grew up supporting and he would consider a move to ‘Pool as the ultimate in terms of his career. Let’s hope that the supposed interest is premature and that Liverpool won’t come knocking for another year at least.

Lucas is a great player. His natural position is the same as Gerrard, making a lot of runs forward but also winning a lot of challenges in midfield. He would help our team a lot more than Kjaer right now, sorry to say.

you guys are not going to like this but i don’t see much problem for selling kjaer this summer. Sure it would be better to keep him, but we could improve our squad really nicely if we traded him for a good forward or mid. Our boy is good but he still makes a lot of silly mistakes, which is fine for his age, but by the time he matures he will be gone anyways (realistically), so if we can get a good deal for a guy who will really boost our mid then that is ok by me. We’ll grab Canini or something to replace him for 1/4 the cost.

agree with that to a certain extent Colin. If selling him means landing a really good attacking/box to box midfielder I would be down for it. If Sosa and another midfielder come anyway, I’d rather keep him. I’m not talking about a Sabatini special (kid that’s 19 that has played like 5 reserve games for FC Slavic Festival). I’m talking about a proven midfielder in a proven league. NO MORE BRAINLESS BALL WINNERS!

I also agree but we have a bullshit buy out claus for 12 million and we all know Saba and Zamp dont know how to reinvest in good players. Saba loves to pick up 17-19 raw eastern european strikers and zamp loves bald men who suck good dick. In that case i rather keep Kjaer but if we swap him for a Marchiso or Giovinco im game.

You guys are officially nuts wanting to sell Kjaer :|
Lets all not use zampas mindset of palermo has no future lets sell all our quality youngsters.

    Cavani is our future upfront
Nocerino is our future in the midfield
Kjaer is our future in defence.

He must stay… he is better then Bovo already.

if it was sheva for free in january this year, i’d say sure. anything’s better than succi as the 3rd forward. but to pay anything for a him would be a poor choice…he’s so washed-up
