Transfer Crap Stuff And Things

By: Steven | June 26th, 2008

So, the Euros are almost over and Donadoni’s gone. Let’s talk Palermo again. A little round-up of what happened and/or is happening.

Lorenzo asked us who we hated most: Guana or Caracciolo. Behold…Androberto Guaracciolo!

Ugly! Mother! Fucker!

Today was a pretty busy transfer day, with all the co-ownership deals happening. A small round-up:

* Marco Pisano is now officialy a Torino-player. A one way ticket to Serie B.

* Lecce’s back in A, so we are looking to reinstate our friendly gemellagio with the Salentini. Gianni Munari is staying in Puglia for another year, and if Miccoli isn’t moving to Lecce, we might loan out Cavani. Seems like a good thing: let the kid get some first-team experience, for all we know he might turn out to be the next Mirko Vucinic.

* Massimo Bonanni is staying at Samp for another year.

* The Moris Carrozzieri deal is finally done. 3 years, 4 million euros. First check the picture below, then hit the ‘more’ link to see that you don’t need to look human to score some fine ass if you’re a footballer. But don’t do it at work. It sure beats the Bovo-picture.

This one is the best, but it’s too big to put here. Enjoy.

    Yeah I agree Sushan.

We really need 1 more ridiculous midfielder. Banega is honestly the kind of player who could see us make a shock champions league run. He’s that good.

Wow…only 5m for Lanzafame on full ownership. Secco has a small brain.

Doesnt Banega have a 20 mil dollar price tag?

Send them Simplicio and cash. They’ve wanted Simplicio for a while.

Secco is the guy who was trying to sell Chiellini to Man City for 6million pounds before Ranieri vetoed. Secco was negotiating for Stankovic before we vetoed. And Secco tried to offload Giovinco to Palermo for Amauri, before Ranieri vetoed it. This guy is a fackin headcase and there is no way that Foschi, or anyone frankly could do worse.

That’s right Ricci, I’m nominating you for DS of Juventus.

Hahaha, this Lanzafame-deal is awesome. Ricci, I love that list, but:

    1. Banega: big pricetag, and dude loves to get it on with his own right hand in chatrooms

    2. Cigarini: Needed. Definitely needed.

    3. De la Red: He’s gonna get his chance at Real, no way he wants to come.

    4. Viana: He’s available, but I think he’s lazy. And I hate them Portuguese.

    5. Dessena: Needed, big time. Although he recently signed a new contract.

I say we grab Dessena and Cigarini. In return, Parma can have their suckers Simplicio and Baldy back, we can throw in Guana and Ciaramitaro and some cash. Fine deal. Oh, and Ujkani on loan.

By the way, it’s complicated (when do contracts ever not) but it appears Juventus sold Lanzafame for 5million euros, entirely. But we do have the option in the next 3 years to buy him back for 2.5million euros. Hopefully we will, and Secco will be out on his ass by then.

This is for us in the states, let ESPN know that their coverage of EURO 08 and WORLD CUP 06 was appreciated and to sign more deals with UEFA and FIFA.

Wait, so you guys have the option to buy him back at any time for 2.5 million after you just sold him for 5? That sounds like we got hosed and not you. We pay 5 for him and will probably only get 2.5 after developing the player for you…doesn’t make any sense.

Oh ok…that’s a little better for us. Still not great for you. I still don’t see how you can let a talent like this go for 5mil.

I wonder the same thing. But as I said, given Secco’s past, not hard to believe. Ranieri’s input (Sissoko, the vetos) have been the only saving grace.

C’mon Giro. We have to be cordial now, we have Amauri and you have Nocerino/Lanza.

And I don’t think you could. We have the right to buy 1/2 for 2.5mil so if you tried to sell him for big money we could jump in and grab half of it.

Yea I was kidding…. The thing that sucks is that if he become a huge star were gonna have to buy half of him back for alot more then now.

Calaio signed for Siena today. Shame, but he would’ve had a though time gaining his place in the starting eleven.

You know what Palermo has been missing… There Paolo Maldini, Javier Zanetti, Totti or Del Piero a leader whose been there forever. Who do you think can be our leader for along time to come?

I’d really love to see L’Arciere back in Palermo, but as I said: with De Melo, Budan, Lanzafame…I don’t think he would be contending for a starting spot.
