We are putting a right footed attacking midfielder there when we should have just filled it with a left sided midfielder. Every single player we have put there has struggled at one point or another (Caserta, Simplicio, Bresciano). I think if we play Bresciano in his true position he will do fine. To be honest he could even play on the left in a 4-4-2 because he's not covering such a huge area. But he doesn't have the pace to beat people down the wing, nor the tricks. We should have just got Pulzetti, and this wouldn't even be a problem. I wouldn't mind throwing Ciaramitaro in there and seeing how he does, he's got some pace I think. He did have a shit game, but that's because he was coming in field to help out with defensive duties. If Liverani pulled his weight I'm sure the Aussie could do some good things, but it's hard to baby sit someone (Liverani), look for a pass, then that pass is intercepted and you have to haul ass back.
