Review: Four Days Of Hell

So…what’s there to say about what happened on Sunday against Sampdoria, and this afternoon in the Coppa against Udinese? Nothing really. The game against Samp was just terrible: everything we tried failed, and everything Samp did worked. I mean, that second goal, how lucky can you be? Or even better: how hard can your defense suck? I know not all of you share the opininion that we need some new players in the back, but we’re never going to reach the top-4 if we keep playing Biava and Capuano. I quit watching the game after 60 minutes, but what I saw was terrible. Capuano let Bellucci go on that first goal, and Biava should have never made that foul that caused the 2-0. And maybe, just maybe, Amauri is also to blame. Ever since the transfer-rumours started, he just isn’t completely there. Juve is said to make a 25 million € bid, maybe including Giovinco and Palladino. We might consider this, if Nappy keeps playing like this.

But we still had the Coppa. Thinking of a Scudetto is way too much, but the Coppa is a winable competition. WAS , because our B-squad wasn’t able to beat Udinese’s B-squad. In the 91st minute, Floro fuckin’ Flores scored 0-1. Bye Bye Coppa-dreams, hello losing streak. I’m not going to comment to this a lot, we’ll talk again after Sunday’s match against Siena.   I’d take Giovinco + Palladino with no cash for Amauri in a second!!! Supposedly Giovinco has family from Palermo, hopefully he would wanna play for us. Palladino = supremely talented as well. These 3 guys with Cavani and Miccoli…huge erection.

  Let me back up that statement…Giovinco is what, 20? Palladino is like 23…both of these guys can play on the wings if need be, we get a cheap target striker (De Melo), Cavani, Miccoli. That’s a fucking hell of a lot of talent…that’s fine by me. Amauri isn’t getting any younger, and although the guy is phenomenal, we gotta strengthen our team. Just thinking about it again, I would definitely take Giovinco + Palladino for Amauri.

  Just saw the highlights of that Udinese Coppa match…we had some opportunities for sure. Cassani, Caserta and Cavani (twice) just came ridiculously close to scoring unreal goals. Agliardi, I can’t believe you came out for that ball.

  Been a fan of Giovinco ever since the U21 friendly with France. I’d sacrifice anything to get him but I can’t imagine Gobbi willing to let go of him. I just don’t see it happening.
