Stadio Olimpico, Roma

As you probably all know, things have gone from bad to worse the last couple of weeks. Therefore, I have decided on a silent protest. No big preview this week, as I’ve been telling the same story for weeks nows. No ‘we need to pick up the pace’-talk, no predictions, no personal attacks on anyone. Maybe this way, Karma decides to be good for us this Saturday. If I see a good performance, I’ll be glad to return to business as usual again next week. I don’t expect a win, just a good performance. I’ll see you guys next week for a review.

yes, lorenzo del cazzo, there are idiot fans supporting all teams. lucky for you, you dont need to look much further than in your own mirror. youre a fucking classless, whiney bitch. after reading your never-ending, antagonising drivel (that you try to pass off as footy knowledge), i’d have hope you’d be afflicted with testicular cancer. unfortunately i’ve been told that whiney sicilian monkeys like yourelf have no fucking balls.

in whatever way you want to diminish roma’s accomplishments, you can always find personal solace in the fact that your fucking ‘team’ cant (and will never) boast to have even a fraction of the successes we’ve had. your fucking blighted team is taking a nose dive in the standings and you have the ‘courage’ to grace us with disparaging comments of our fans, our team and on our style of play? pffft, our style of play is beautiful and gets us results and into the champion’s league. envy is an ugly thing isnt it? you’ve done well with your posts to underscore this. now i await more of your your warped rhetoric, regarding what palermo has to offer, for me to laugh, you (self-proclaimed) almighty football guru you.

then we have the real class act, kj venti-pippe, who has nothing to rebut on footy terms so he decides to attack someone’s nation and nationality. that just wreaks of class, doesnt it? makes sense you root for palermo.

The Romans boast about their status in Serie A to no end, but just wait to Cesar Totti’s reign ends, and the fall of the Roman Empire II will enivitably occur. But until then, enjoy holding Inter’s jockstrap. You guys do it so well.

yes, we’ll wait until the totti era ends so that we can usher in the de rossi / aquilani era. we’ll just see what spot in serie b you’ll be vying for once amauri, barzagli and zaccardo are gone in june. fucking poor, deluded sicilians should really learn to stfu when they are owned. oh and little johnny, you make me fucking cringe with your corny tough guy talk. give it a fucking rest tony cyber soprano.

Kat, do we really need 2 holding players? Are we Inter?

Don’t tell me that lineup doesn’t sound 10X better than one with tortoise Guana in it.

This guy’s a joke, arguing on the internet is pretty much pointless, especially over allegiance. Let him keep on thinking he’s in the movie Gladiator.

just when i thought it was done, marco aurelio proves he is the BIGGEST moron of them all. i think i owe an apology to the other lesser idiots who were goin on and on over there. truly, this schmuck takes the cake. not only does he just throw out insults, on top of all that, he is the biggest HYPOCRITE of them all.

way to “wreak” (it’s reek, buddy) of class, “yourelf” (yourself), PAL. you throw out a litany of derogatory terms about sicilians (that are completely unoriginal, mind you, but i guess there aren’t high expectations from you in the first place), and then you deride someone about attacking another’s nationality.

please, don’t post here anymore. you’re truly the king of buffoons here at theoffside.

marco is showing the class of current roma. arrogant, blinded and racist. I don’t know what success he is talking about, unless Totti and fellow Roma players diving like bunch of penguines and earning PK.
Marco, don’t even mention cowardness, your fan stabs with a knife in the back, or axe weaponless fans, and runs like sissys. What could be more cowardly then that?

    exactly, ricci.

as for PALERMO related things, i think that Palermo can grab 9 points from the next 3 games. Zampa re-stated the fact that all the “bigs” will not be leaving in January. Yes, that means you, Barzagli…

youre right. calling you a “sicilian monkey” is racist toward monkeys and i apologize to all primates. youre a piece of work and, like with footy, you have no fucking clue what youre talking about. calling you a “sicilian monkey” is in reference to your mental capacity or, more specifically, lack of it. the fact that you didnt pick that up and ran with the ‘racist’ card reaffirms this, you fucking idiot.

once again, your hypocrisy astounds me. would you care to tell me how calling someone a “sicilian monkey” isn’t racist?

i have nothing to say to someone who isn’t even worthy enough to trim the pubic hairs off of a Sicilian’s minkia.

marco, you are an asshole and I am ashamed to support the same club as you do. As to KJ, well, nice to see the education you get in your country is working, you are right! every country that is not the US Sucks! and we desperately need your help! please come and save us jejeje.

I know my country has it weakneses but im proud of it, and if you did not like it then it’s no tmy fault.

and one thing, I did not protest about Mexes getting a red card against the Sampdoria game, he probbaly deserved it since he is such a hot head. but thats that… the thing is that I really like palermo, maybe my fav in Italy after Roma and I just want to see this team play better than they did against us since that was way to defensive and Palermo has the potential for much more. It’s a shame Guido is so clueless

as i said, if you cant seem to get beyond the easy and most predicatble ‘racist’ tag in order to save your ass, it reaffirms your ability to comprehend the insult…which is pure irony in this case, you dumb fuck. in any case, take the insult as you’d like. i’m not sweating over it a bit.

minchia my ass. we’ve already established your ball-less status….or are you refering to your mangina?

be sure to stop by again with your antagonizing posts on the roma blog so you can get shit on again and then proceed to litter your board in return.

JCS - much respect. unfortunately, one can’t say the same for others around here. however, im done responding to the ignorant, so i’ll just let it continue to type without giving it a second thought.

Mexes may be hotheaded, but what team doesn’t have one of those? Simplicio…i’m looking in your direction haha.

and making whatever insults with reference to race is not a racism? you must be as smart as Totti.

Maybe you didn’t intend to write that up, its just your fingures ’slipping’ on keyboards thinking it is a penalty box. Can your fingures do a PK too?

Oh, and don’t go telling Chris to award all of us with red cards. you don’t have Fabiani to help your back over here.

True Palermo tifosi are somewhat demanding. As far as the ‘deluded’ fans are concerned, however, Roma fans shouldn’t be the first to cast the stone. Really.

“and making whatever insults with reference to race is not a racism?”

insane. no, for the simple and obvious fact that sicilians are not a ‘race’. however, i see both you guys are bred from the same gene pool and it’ll be hard to get your itty bitty heads around the concept. sicilians are as much a ‘race’ as romans are, or as the piedmontese are, or as the tuscans are, or as the venetians are, or as the lombardians are, or as the calbresi are or as the abruzzesi are, or as the pugliesi are…..get it yet??

ever tought that ’sicilian’ reference was on geographic grounds of the team you guys support???? does making reference to roma and ‘romans’ (as you refer to its collection of fans even though many on here are not actually roman) in an insulting way make you a racist? honestly, wake the fuck up rather than trying to create nonexistent polemics that are convenient for your respective rebuttals.

this is rediculous but understandable in this particular case, since when youre firing blanks out of desperation in a football conversation, it’s so easy to try to turn it into a political shit storm where, in this case, the convenient platform becomes ‘racism’.

why don’t we all calm down, by the way lorenzo… it dosen’t help when you come over to our blog and say that wihtout Totti we would be a midtable team… and by the way that is not true just by the fact that we have actually done very well without our captain in the past games…
