Preview: Inter – Palermo
By: Steven | March 14th, 2008
Sunday March 16th, 2008 15.00
Stadio Giuseppe Meazza, Milano
Squad Status
Palermo
Amauri’s back in full strength, Balza’s back after picking up too many yellow cards, and I’m guessing on a Bosko-start after completely changing the last couple of games after being subbed in. Up front I’m hoping for Miccoli, but it’s more likely that Cavani gets yet another chance to screw us over. Give it 3 more weeks, and Micco’s screaming for a transfer.
In the back, we can count on Rinaudo for security again. Don’t know where we’d be without the kid…
Probable Line-Up:
Fontana; Rinaudo, Barzagli, Biava, Zaccardo; Guana, Migliaccio, Simplicio, Cassani; Amauri, Bosko
Inter
Well yeah, you can’t deny they have the best squad by far. Still, Olivier Dacourt, Walter Samuel, Ivan Cordoba, Cesar Aparecido and Maxwell will be out due to injuries. Julio Cesar is, just like his fellow countrymen Dida and Doni, not the world’s most secure keeper. Might have a chance there. Patrick ‘Look at the mess on my shirt!’ Vieira might get a start, only to receive two yellow cards before the half time whistle.
Probable Line-Up:
Julio Cesar; Maicon, Burdisso, Materazzi, Zanetti; Vieira, Cambiasso, Stankovic; Jimenez; Crespo, Ibrahimovic
Categorical Matchup
Jimmy vs. She-Male Lover: Jimmy, always Jimmy. Especially when the opposition has a rather gay lookin’ samba-dancer in the goal.
Leandro = The Rock² versus Fernando Couto X 4: Push. The way this defense is playing, I wouldn’t be surprised if we would be takin’ some points away.
Still that Goddamn Guana versus Old Farts: Inter. I sure hope Balza can make the difference, Cassani’s having a great spell, but Inter’s midfield is so goddamn dangerous.
Bosko? Please? versus OMFG!: Inter. (Zlatan + Crespo + Flaco) / 2 = our attack.
Final Analysis
First, the bad news. We’ve been to the Meazza 20 times, and we’ve lost 14. 6 ties, including the 2-2 of last year. No wins. Scary, innit? Added to that: only one win in our last four games. We all know we’re one dead bird. But still…the Mancini-soap and the CL-debacle could bring down the morale in the Inter-dressing room, also know as ‘The Greasy Asshole Bar’. Inter have also won only once in the last four, helped by a dubious penalty against the Reggio Boys last week.
Maybe the boys will remember the beginning of the 2005-2006 season, when we beat the bastard 3-2, and 20 game days ago, when we kept them to a 0-0 tie. And hey, we’re eight years older than those filthy nerazzurri…respect is worth nothing.

Fecking Intermerdisti are closing down on us and we need at least a 3-1 on the scoreboard to get rid of the mule. Common u nerazzuri faggots

If Guido and his stupid trainers don’t get fired by next round, I’m not supporting this team until we get new coach.

Amauri hasnt done anything in like 3 weeks like all i see is him crying during the game but we can get the ball to him its terrible

cant*

Yeh he was crying pretty bad today. He was also being marked by Materazzi and Burdisso at all times so I didn’t expect much from him anyway. Bosko was our true key, kid can dribble and run.

Exactly in which position does he play?
Posted from
United States

He’s like a Kaka type player…same type of player as Jankovic really. It makes no sense to get these young guys and then not play them though
Posted from
United States

-

if we buy him we will play him cause hes gunna cost us real money
