Palermo “armors” Cavani from the onslaught of the Milan
By: Giuseppe | July 19th, 2007
The other day Gianfranco mentioned in the AC MILAN BLOG that Gallalini was after a special, yet unknown striker who may not even be European. That striker was our very own Edinson Cavani, surprised? The babelfish translation is “Palermo “armors” Cavani from the onslaught of the Milan”. It’s stated that Zamparini does not have current interests to sell Cavani to anyone. Zampa claims that in early July he rejected an offer of 12MIL from Shakhtar Donetsk, and a similar offer from CSKA Moscow. I’m glad that Zampa doesn’t want to sell Cavani, but unfortunately I fear if the price is right he will. While i’m a closet Milan fan, my first club is Palermo and they need Cavani a lot more than Milan does. I think they should forget about Cavani and stick with courting Ronaldinho.

I would prefer it we did not court Ronaldinho anymore, but I can not yet be responsible for Cavani.

I know your not a big fan of the waste every penny we can to pick up Ronaldinho…I think it’s a bad idea as well. Did they seal the deal with Sheva yet?
