yeah some of our youth players are pretty promising. David Curiale for one, Velardi, Cossentino and Romeo, not to mention Carbonaro. I’m excited to see a future Palermo with home grown players starring.

Yeh def still good business, plus 2 of them are real promising and really need 1st team time. Zamparini knows whats up. He’s a crazy bastard but at least he’s got the fiery passion for the team.

Hey, not to change subject, but I think I read today where Palermo sold five more players. Small change to be sure, but it’s the way that a club like Palermo has to operate.

I think that as crazy as the owner is, he has the right idea, assuming he’s using the money on the team and not his personal use. He made a profit on his “big” deals, he’s making money from his small deals (it adds up)… slowly the team gets better and makes more from CL, UEFA money, television and butts in seats.

It would make me feel good that the team is going in a good direction.
