Another loss, another injury.
By: Rose | May 7th, 2007Sigh. Just when things started to look better, another game lost at the Barbera, to Roma. A final score of 1-2, thanks to Totti and Cassetti in the first half, and Tedesco in the second. According to Pepe, Palermo looked in fine form, but Roma came out rolling. So much for being distracted.
Not suffice to just hand our boys a loss, as a Mancini tackle forced Cavani to limp out before the end of the game with a suspected knee sprain. Oh, ow. There’s talk about him being out for the season.
Just what we need too. I swear, Palermo seem to be cursed with strikers. Hopefully Matusiak will get a call for the game against Ascoli. Currently, our best striker seems to play defense.
