Sunday April 27th, 2008 15.00
Stadio La Favorità, Palermo

Squad Status

Palermo

Damn. Amauri and Rinaudo are banned for getting too much yellow cards, and so is Bresciano. Added to that is a shitload of injuries. Alberto Fontana, Edison Cavani, Giuseppe Biava, Ciro Capuano and Fabio Simplicio are all out injured. The good news is that Bosko will team up with Micco up front.

Probable Line-up
Agliardi; Cassani, Zaccardo, Barzagli, Balzaretti; Tedesco, Guana, Migliaccio, Caserta; Jankovic, Miccoli

Atalanta

Atalanta will be without injured Moris Carrozzieri and Leonardo Talamonti. Antonio Langella is suspended and Simone Padoin should replace him. Cristiano Doni returns from a ban.

Probable Line-Up
:
Coppola; Rivalta, Pellegrino, Manfredini, Bellini; Ferreira Pinto, Tissone, Guarente, Padoin; Paolucci; Floccari

Categorical Matchup

Not this week.

Final Analysis

It’s the battle of the former coaches tomorrow. We all know how bad Del Neri’s passage in Palermo was, and Colantuono did great at Atalanta. Thee Bergamasci are just one point behind us and losing this game could cause us to lose the Intertoto-cup.

Final whistle and the snoozefest is over.
If this is what we’re gonna look like dopo-Amauri, we should be contented with salvation points next season as well.

I know it was his first game and he’s young but let’s not give him a break, Di Matteo can’t even move 3 feet without giving the ball away, he’s definitely not what we need. He was lucky he kept getting fouled cuz if Atalanta were smart they would see he was nervous and shitting his pants every time the ball came to him..lookin pretty C2ish if you get my drift, Cani didn’t see too much him of but he can hold the ball well.

I was thinking what area we need to strengthen for next year and my mental results were depressing. Every area needs help. We need a fontana heir, a barzagli heir, an Amauri/Toni heir, not to mention our midfield needs a complete overhall. migliaccio is a pretty good destroyer but we have no creativity. Brienza better damn well be coming back.
